I have to say that this gorgeous 3 bedroom house with swimming pool for sale close to Antigua Guatemala is definitely one of my favourite listings. Located in the El Cortijo de los Flores gated community it’s only a few minutes’ drive to central Antigua. The house has a light and inviting feel.
The house overlooks a well-maintained pretty green area. This is an excellent benefit as firstly you won’t be staring at another home from the sitting room or master bedroom and secondly, it increases the natural light.
