In order to provide you with a great menu – with a variety of dishes made from products of only the best quality – early every morning, the chef at Café Sky buys fresh fruits and vegetables from the local market, located just eight blocks away.

By doing so, he makes sure that every tomato, lettuce and onion, and well as every fruit – like a melon or a pineapple – is hand checked for its quality and freshness. Herbs such as coriander and thyme are bought by the “mano,” (five bunches at a time), and then get chopped and added to their dishes giving them a unique touch! Even those pre-prepared dishes such as their soups have been made with fresh and carefully chosen ingredients.
