Chez Christophe here in Antigua is the restaurant of the Swiss-French Christophe Pache who can often be seen driving his scooter around Antigua in his Antigua. A keen aficionado of Antigua Football Club, he is also a very fine chef.
Formerly head chef of Meson Panza Verde for many years, he opened Chez Christophe some years back to showcase his own recipes.
Half a block from Central Park, Chez Christophe is a comfortable restaurant serving quite a few dishes unique to Antigua. These include rösti, spätzli, and raclette.
His carpaccios including the salmon and tenderloin are great as well as the salmon and avocado tartare.
Chez Christophe has a full range of both pastas and pizzas, but you know, why not consider something less common such as: Beef Stroganoff, or perhaps a chicken breast Forestière! As a matter of fact, the prices for these dishes are remarkably reasonable.
the restaurant serves a wide range of desserts. Try the meringue with cream which is a Swiss speciality.
A good wine list and plus beers and spirits are available.
