Festival of Flowers Antigua

The rains have ended, the land is green and the flowers are in bloom! November is the most beautiful month to be in Antigua Guatemala. It’s the perfect time for the Antigua Festival of Flowers!!

 

 

 

The Festival of Flowers Antigua has now grown to become the month of flowers with activities throughout November.

The activities centre will be in the Calle del Arco on Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th. During the day there will be floral competitions, exhibitions, workshops, a flower market and more.

Expect to see great flower displays throughout Antigua, not just in baskets but in doorways, fountains, and even cars!

If you’re driving from the city, then do bear in mind that parking will be difficult and so come early to avoid the traffic or better still consider staying the weekend in Antigua!!
