With more than 30 years in the food industry and over 13 years running his own restaurant, Joselito has become a benchmark of Guatemalan grilling. His story began in Zone 9 of Guatemala City—where the brand gained recognition for its charcoal-grilled cuts—and now continues to expand, sharing his proposal with a new audience. That solid foundation, built on skill and consistency, is the starting point of the experience now offered in Antigua Guatemala.
The new location of Restaurante Donde Joselito is at the entrance to Antigua Guatemala, inside Paseo Antigua—a commercial plaza that combines shopping, dining, and experiences at the city’s gateway.
